Good evening my fellow thriftanistas. It was little cloudy in Chicago today, but I am feeling bright and sunny on the inside. I have spent my day dreaming about the upcoming warm weather, and all of the fabulous thrifted outfits I will be rocking. The last couple of months I have been on a hunt for spring and summer wear. I have amassed an impressive collection of bright, colorful, spectacular summer apparel from the trendy to the vintage. Now if mother nature would just corporate my fantasy could become a reality. However since it seems she is going to make me wait a little longer I have had to get my summer satisfaction in different ways. If you are thinking what the hell is this chick talking about……..I will tell you. I have been playing dress up (don’t judge me). I have been getting in front of my mirror, in my warm house and creating some of my soon to be HOTTTTTT summer looks. What????? At least I will be prepared. I am having a ball putting on my daily summer fashion shows. I have been looking so damn good, I can’t wait to take me out this summer. Did I mention that all of my fabulous ensembles were created using thrifted items? Of course I did because I’m THE THRIFTY FASHIONISTA.
